Position Overview: The Advisor will be primarily responsible for providing financial advice to clients with frequent client contact. This position requires an individual who is an independent thinker, who has a thorough knowledge of financial planning as well as portfolio management and enjoys being part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and present relevant features of our company’s services.
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow-up to client reviews.
- Review, approve and monitor required trading and allocation adjustments.
- Identify ideal qualified prospects utilizing sales/marketing strategy.
- Work with the team to ensure that all client service issues are addressed with excellence.
- Build client relationships based upon developing strategies tailored to their financial goals.
- Analyze investment opportunities, client needs, and recommend appropriate strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements and Preferences
- CFP® certification preferred. CFA, CPA, or CIMA also desirable
- Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD)
- Series 65 securities registration preferred
- 2-4+ years of experience in a financial advisory or equivalent position with track record of success
