Zach joined BAMG in summer of 2026. Previously, he spent ten years at a supply chain company in multiple leadership roles, and most recently served as Director of Sales Development. He possesses a combination of leadership experience, operational expertise and core values that make a firm better from within.

Zach completed his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Kansas, and completed his MBA through a dual program through Indiana University Kelley School of Business and Alliance Manchester Business School.

Zach is married to Morgan, and they have two young children. He enjoys sand volleyball, kayaking, golf, and spending time with his family.
