The Owner’s Capital Stack:

Financial • Intellectual • Relational • Social

Presented by Brand AMG, Story on Purpose, and Sage Consulting Group

About the Series
This invitation-only, quarterly breakfast is designed for owners and executives. Each session unpacks the real-world decisions that create premium outcomes—and how those choices translate into four forms of owner wealth.

  • Financial Capital: Cash-flow quality, pricing power, working-capital discipline, capital structure, and liquidity paths that make a company investment-grade—and improve terms.
  • Intellectual Capital: Transfer of founder/operator know-how (decision rules, risk and pricing heuristics, market intuition, partner playbooks, governance) so the business isn’t founder-dependent.
  • Relational Capital: A professionalized leadership bench, a real board, partner trust—and healthy family alignment and succession.
  • Social Capital: Brand and reputation—and the owner’s freedom of time so life isn’t tied solely to the business.

Why “Beyond EBITDA”?
Build to be investment-grade—whether you transact or not.  Companies that stay investment-grade earn better pricing and terms today and preserve optionality—hold, recap, or sell on your timeline. Our method blends operator math with investment-grade storytelling—evidence, narrative, and proof signals that earn confidence from investors, lenders, and partners.
