Executive Assistant
Position Overview: Work with the entire team to coordinate all client sales and service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience while also working collaboratively as an excellent team member. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the practice through facilitating the firm’s organic growth and inorganic growth opportunities.

Functional Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of the relationships with clients and internal/external resource providers of the firm.
- Generate and manage client communications and strategies by telephone, mail, and email.
- Fulfill client requests and deal with service-related issues
- Participate in team meetings and attend training events
- Answer phones
- Coordinate the President’s calendar and others as needed
- Maintain Staff and Sales Meeting Agendas
- Manage the sales process
- Answer questions regarding the onboarding process and the firm’s wealth management model
- Maintain momentum with our prospects by being the primary point of contact during the sales cycle.
- Request and obtain financial data from prospect and relay data to appropriate contacts within the team.
- Assist in building, tracking, and maintaining pipeline and prospect touch plan
- Participate in team daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
- Participate in the Emergency Response Plan as the Client Liaison
- Client Advisory Board Coordinator
- Prep Advisory Team Meeting
- Coordinate Board Meetings when BAMG serves as host
- Serves on Events Committee
- Trained as backup for Administrative Assistant
Educational and Experience Requirements and Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Years in the financial services industry: 1-2 years preferred
- Technology: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems are preferred
