Position Overview:  The Advisor will be primarily responsible for providing financial advice to clients with frequent client contact. This position requires an individual who is an independent thinker, who has a thorough knowledge of financial planning as well as portfolio management and enjoys being part of a team. There is potential for future partnership opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and present relevant features of our company’s services.
• Prepare for, participate in, and follow-up to client reviews.
• Review, approve and monitor required trading and allocation adjustments.
• Identify ideal qualified prospects utilizing sales/marketing strategy.
• Work with the team to ensure that all client service issues are addressed with excellence.
• Build client relationships based upon developing strategies tailored to their financial goals.
• Analyze investment opportunities, client needs, and recommend appropriate strategies.

 Education and Experience Requirements and Preferences 

• CFP®, CFA, or CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics or Finance, graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD)
• Series 65 securities registration preferred
• 2-4+ years of experience in a financial advisory position with track record of success
