Two-factor authentication is now required on our client portal
With your personal security in mind, we are pleased to announce that two-factor authentication will be required to access our client portal starting November 15th. This change simply means that when you try accessing the client portal, you will be asked to provide your password along with a second piece of information (either an answer to a challenge question or a code sent to your cell phone).
Two-factor authentication makes it much more difficult for someone to access your account without your knowledge, and this is a key step in further securing your personal information and data.
Below you will find a video tutorial showing the steps that are involved to enable two-factor authentication on your account. If you have any questions during the setup process, don’t hesitate to reach our team at (636) 532-7333.

Steps Involved
- Login to the client portal.
- Choose 3 challenge questions and provide your three answers.
- Type in the mobile phone number you’d like verification codes sent to.
- Click REQUEST CODE and wait for a code to be sent to your cell phone. Once you see the code on your cell phone, go back to your computer and enter this code where it says “Code” and click SAVE.
- You will now be logged into the client portal. At this point, we encourage you to click on the Profile tab to sign the terms of service to allow for text code verifications and save your settings. However, we encourage you not to disable challenge questions or verification codes from trusted devices if you want your identity verified each time you access the portal. This is a best practice in keeping your personal information safe.
You are all set up! Please let us know if you have any questions.
